Brianna's 18th

It was Brianna's 18th Birthday on December 1st! I can't believe my little girl is 18. It was a little emotional for me. It was a bitter sweet moment. She is becoming so grown up and is legal, (whatever that means)!
Happy Birthday

James of coarse could not wait to give her his present. They already told her what they got her.
 A new phone case!
And 18 scratchers! She won a free ticket and $8.00 or something.
 Happy Birthday Yaya!!

NO dOuBt!!!

For Brianna's Birthday we took her and her friend Brooke to the No Doubt concert at the Gibson Amphitheater.
We stopped at Umami Burger for dinner first!
 Best Burger ever.
Waiting for the show to start!!
 Waiting...
 Waiting...
We were pretty stoked on the venue and our seats! I was so nervous that they wouldn't be great, but they were really good!

So happy we didn't have to look at a big screen all night!!

This was the third concert we have been to of hers and by far the best!! We all had so much fun!!

James & Mommy Day

James is in school every day and Jake is in school on Tuesday and Thursday so it is rare that Jake has school and James does not. But it happened, I thought it would be nice for James and I to have a special day together, since we rarely get time for just the two of us.
I surprised him and took him to Disneyland! We were driving on the freeway and he asked if we were going ot Disneyland, I told him that I just had to go run some errands by Disneyland. I even got off at a different exit than usual. He had no idea until we turned tog o to the parking lot and he was SO excited!

We had so much fun together! We both can't wait to do it agin! James keeps asking me when does he not have school and Jake does! I don't think it will happen again this year! :(

Thanksgiving

James had a Thanksgiving party at school. I went to help out and these were the hats they made. So cute!
James talking Aunt Rochelle's ear off!
 James & Ava
Nonni so proud of herself that she got the apple peel off in one try! She said she had never done that before!
Kids table. The kids are getting bigger and there is less room at the dining table. This was the first time we put them at their own table! They did so well!
 Jake & Michael

All the cousin making silly faces
After dinner Brianna and my niece Andi talked me into going shopping for Black Friday at the mall! The store they wanted to go to, Urban Outfitters, opened at Midnight! We got to the mall at 11:00 and the mall just opened as we were walking up. People starting running like mad. The three of us didn't understand at all why all these crazy people were running. Then as soon as we got to the store we did. The line so long to get into the store! At midnight they let the first 50 people in. And more little by little. We were about 175 in line!! And there were probably 150 behind us! We wanted to leave but couldn't!  We got into the store at about 1:00. I told the girls if we don't make any purchases I am going to be so mad! We ended up doing pretty well! I was happy with my purchases and saved a lot of money!! Don't know if I will do it again though!
 Thanksgiving with Mitchell and Patrick
So thankful for all or blessings! :)

Disneyland

As soon as the decorations were up at Disneyland we went to see them. The kids and I were so excited!

Boys making silly faces
James finally got to go on the Radiator Racer ride.
 He was beyond excited!
You can barely see him here but he LOVED it!

School Pictures

Jake's Pre-school class.
He is sitting so properly with both hands on his lap. What a good listener.
 Cute little pose!
What a charmer! I couldn't believe how well he did for his pictures!
James' Kindergarten photo. I wish I knew the background would be blue, so he didn't blend in tot he background! Oh he is still cute! :)

Jog-a-thon

Every time I post I say how it has been so ling since my last post! I think my New Year's resolution is to be more constant with my blog and post more often, like I use to, right after events took place.
We will see how I do. Maybe I need to do another one of those challenge things, to get me into blogging more.
A couple months ago James had a jog-a-thon at his school. We went to watch him and join him.
Some pictures of Jake while we were waiting...

 Waiting to get started...
And he is off... his jacket was falling off and he is trying to keep it up with his arms! LOL
 Jake & Daddy watching
 A little break...
Craig went out to run with him
James wasn't that stoked Craig was running with him.
 Chick-fil-a cow was there!
 Ice pops after the run
The jog-a-thon was so cute. James was so serious about it. He did really good. We told him he could walk whenever he wanted. He was getting tired and when he would come by us he would run and then slow down and walk and then run again when he was by us! Like he wanted to impress us or see him running! :)
