Well I think I am going to definitely try to make blogging a monthly thing. So I need to catch up so that at the end of June I can start doing it monthly.
James has really been into skate boarding lately. Actually all the boys have been. One day we were going to my Mom's and James wanted to ride his skateboard there. He didn't understand that it is too far to ride his skateboard. He insisted though. So I came up with the idea that I would drop Craig and James off at the corner and they could ride a couple blocks to my Mom's. James went for that! Here they are riding to my Mom's! :)
James lost his third tooth!!! The tooth fairy came and brought him money!
I went with James' class on a field trip to the district art show. James really enjoyed it! So did I, it was amazing to see such young great artists! Here is his class.
James and I had a sushi lunch date! I love that he loves sushi!
Here they go again! James wanted to ride to Nonni's and Jake of course wanted to also.
And I went on another field trip with James' class! We took a school bus. I haven't been on a school bus since I graduated high school. It was pretty scary!
We went to the farm!
We were so lucky to see the little piglets that were born the night before!
The kids got to plant their own radishes.
Getting his radish seeds!
Checking out the animals
They learned how they milk a cow and got to see the cow's milk.
They held baby chicks but James did not want to. He was the only one in the group that didn't hold a chick!
Checking out the compost.
His class
We went to my Aunt and Uncle's house in Palm Desert for the weekend. James was so excited since it is his favorite place to go!
We went with my girlfriend Courtney, Julie and her kids.
Love this place!
James found some lemons on the ground and made lemonade!
Kids enjoyed swimming!
Jake got this golf club and started practicing his swing all by himself! So cute!
Craig bought this big airplane at the store. The kids loved throwing it!
Jake and Ava playing
On a ride in the golf cart.
Made a trip to California Adventure and Jake was finally tall enough and brave enough to go on Radiator Racers! They were so good standing in line for over an hour!!
I have to say it is the best ride there!
Jake had a luau muffins for Mom at school. They had a cute little performance first.
He did much better this time than from the Christmas performance.
They made the muffins in class!
Then I watched Jake play on the playground!
He made me a pretend flower and he painted a pot and planted a real flower! Loved it!
I thought the painted pot was such a great idea, they both did one for Nonni and Nonna for Mother's day!
James also had muffins for Mom at his school!
Each of the kids drew a portrait of their Mom. James teacher held up every one and us Mom's had to guess whose Mom it was! It was really fun. Here is me, in James' eyes.
Once you were called you went to the front of the class and your child read what they wrote about you. This is what James wrote.
They also did another writing assignment about Moms! So cute!!
The last dance....
Brianna went with Chase to his prom.
Getting her make-up done by our favorite make-up artist!
Beautiful as always!
We searched high and low for a prom dress. We were both at our wits end. We were so glad this was the last dance. We ended up in LA and found this stunning dress that fit her like a glove!
Gorgeous!
Brianna asked Chase to go to prom with her...then they ended up not going! They went to dinner and the after party! Too much girl drama!
Jake made zebra shirts and hats at school one day!
For Mother's day James wanted to get me this game. It was so thoughtful because I always play this game on my phone!
Jake picked out a sunflower all by himself! I love sunflowers!
I have been wanting Craig to plant a garden so he bought these grapes and planted them
And I bought myself a lime tree and he planted that!
We went to my Mom's to swim.
I enjoyed a pina colada poolside!
And Brianna got me a new pair of sandals I have wanted! Such a great Mother's Day! <3 p="">3>

James and I had a date while Craig and Jake had a date. James and I went to the trampoline place. First time there and he had so much fun! Looks like we might be having a Birthday party there next time!
James's class had a play. It was called neighborhood helpers. James was fireman!
He did so well singing! Much different than his pre-school performances. They practiced so much!
Since he was right in front of the mic we could hear him so well!

Proud Brother!
Jake has been watching James skateboard and wants to be like big brother! Here he is the first time outside riding!
Hopefully I will stay up to date this way. June has had a lot of exciting things for us already! Stay tuned! :)
