The day after Thanksgiving Brendan the Elf came to stay with us. The boys were so excited and loved finding him every morning! At first James didn't think he was real, because the Elf had a tag on him. But soon enough he was a believer!
He brought the boys elf cookies!
We celebrated Brianna's 19th Birthday!!
All her friends were home from college for Thanksgiving weekend so we had a fiesta at our house!
The next day we celebrated Alex and Brianna's Birthdays at Nonni's house.
We had a family dinner at the White House this year.

We had a fun time making gingerbread houses, everyone made their own, Jake and I were a team!

Jake had his Christmas performance at school. It made me a bit sad that it is our last pre-school performance! :(
He did much better this year singing and not picking his nose!
At one point the music was a little loud!
We went to the Balboa Boat Parade, and changed up our tradition.
We were invited to a friends house, it was a nice way to see the parade.
We spent the day making Christmas cookies at Nonni's house.

James wanted everyone to hurry up and go to bed. He made us promise we weren't going to go downstairs and watch TV! Jake on the other hand didn't want to sleep in his room because he was nervous about Santa coming. I had to reassure him that Santa is in a big hurry and doesn't have time to come upstairs to see him!

Craig decided to get his guitar working again, and the boys immediately grabbed their guitars. I love that they love watching Craig play.

One day we went to visit Amy before she left and took a walk down to the beach...

We met most of my girlfriends at the park for a play date. So fun!
New Year's Eve we made pizzas!
